Gross household income is 2.5x the rent on monthly or annual base. Paystubs, offer letters, W2, bank statements typical accepted forms of verification
2. Credit history
You have favorable credit history; one that does not reflect past or current bad debts, late payments or unpaid bills, liens, judgments or bankruptcies. If declined for poor credit history, the applicant will be given the name, address and telephone number of the credit reporting agency that provided the report.
3. Criminal screening
No convicted felonies in last six years.
4. Rental History:
Any legal proceedings/judgments/evictions/skips or any negative reference relating to any prior tenancy, including without limitation poor payment history or instances of disruptive or negligent behavior may result in a declined application.
Applicants who meet all other qualifying criteria but do not have credit or income, will be required to add a co-signer that has credit and qualifying income.
